What seems like chaos is simply a lack of understanding the principles involved. <br />You don't want to go to the bar, but you go. That is inviting whatever karma relates to that choice. It is an action, it will have effects. <br />The man misbehaving with the woman will obviously accrue karma for his actions. <br />You intervene. That is a beneficial action and I would expect that you would accrue good karma. <br /><br />Every action has consequences, good or bad. That is karma Calling something accidental doesn't change the facts. <br /><br />Hope this answers your question. You had to intervene even though you did not want to. What if all of this was purely accidental. Would someone still accrue bad karma ?
